M.I.T. Energy Co., Ltd. (MIT Energy) respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).

Data we collect
When you submit a quote request or contact form we collect your name, phone number, email (if given), approximate monthly electricity bill, the service you are interested in, and your message. This website does not use tracking cookies and does not automatically collect visitor data.

Why we use it
We use your data only to contact you back, schedule a site survey, prepare a quotation, and provide after-sales service. We never sell or rent your data to third parties.

Legal basis
Processing is based on the necessity to act on your request before entering a contract (Section 24(3)) and our legitimate interest in serving customers.

Who we share it with
Data may be shared with our engineering and installation teams, the hosting and email providers we use (Vercel and Neon, which store data encrypted), and government authorities where required by law.

How long we keep it
Form submissions are kept for no more than 2 years after the last contact. If you become a customer, data is kept for the warranty period plus 1 year to support service.

Your rights
You may request access, a copy, correction, deletion, restriction, objection to processing, or withdrawal of consent. Contact us by email or phone below; we respond within 30 days.

Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored in a database with access limited to staff who need it.
